Teacher Management Information System
The Teacher Management Information System (TMIS) was designed and developed for Creative Associates International under the USAID sponsored Nigeria Northern Education Initiative (NEI).
The TMIS application software is designed to manage human resource data in order to enhance productivity in the personnel management of the basic education sub-sector. The software improved service delivery with a multiplier effect on fast data collection, processing, retrieval and effective/accurate short, medium and long term human resource strategic planning in the sector.
TMIS manages over 40,000 teacher records in both Bauchi and Sokoto States of Nigeria.
Some of the features include: Personnel Management, Leave Management, Promotions, Posting, Transfers, Deployment, Teacher Supervision/Appraisal/Monitoring Management, Commendations, Queries, Disengagements Management, Training Management, Document Archiving Management, Executive Information System, Employee Self Care Portal and a rich reporting module with over 100 different report formats and charts.
